ROAD READY CHARGEBACK POLICY
In the event that you have issues with any Road Ready hardware, if the hardware is under a valid Road Ready warranty, we will ship you a replacement part. You will be billed for the replacement part(s) once they have shipped and provided with return instructions for returning the faulty hardware unit(s) within 90 days of RMA issuance. The Road Ready Quality Department will complete a thorough and timely analysis of the returned part(s). Upon completion of evaluation and determination of valid warranty claim, a credit will be issued for the replacement part(s).

Road Ready will provide shipping instructions, which must be followed in order to receive the credit for the replacement part(s). Shipping instructions will include information to be communicated to Road Ready regarding product and tracking information.
